The purpose of our terms and conditions is that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this website.

You confirm that you are over 18yrs old and that these products are not to be provided for use by persons under 18 years old.

You understand that Cannimal is not in any way liable for any adverse effects using these products and that users do so at their own risk.

You understand that due to the nature of the product they cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty. However as with all internet orders you do have the right to change your mind – so if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items simply let us know by emailing us at info@cannimal.co.uk We will gladly accept back any unopened / unused products and arrange a refund once we safely receive it back – we will provide a pre-paid envelope to ensure it reaches us safely. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

All prices shown are excluding P&P which will be shown at the point of payment.

The term ‘Free shipping’ or ‘Free P&P’ applies to customers with UK postcodes only.

An adult over 18yrs old will be required to sign for the products upon delivery- proof of age may be required.

Please allow up to ten days for your delivery to arrive

(we endeavour to have a 48-hr turnaround on orders, but this cannot be guaranteed particularly on weekends/bank holidays).

I understand that Cannimal may from time to time have to substitute flavours from the ones ordered.

Cannimal reserves the right to withdraw from sale – prohibit the sale of any product to any customer.

Cannimal reserves the right to withdraw its retailing relationship with any customer and prohibit their use of the site should a breach of the agreement above take place.

Cannimal uses third party delivery services. We can provide proof of postage should you require.

Cannimal reserves the right to change/amend its prices & product range without prior notice.
